My practice explores the relationship between color, movement, and emotional resonance through intuitive abstraction. Working in layered compositions, I use expressive mark-making and nuanced color relationships to create paintings that exist between representation and pure feeling. Rather than depicting a specific narrative, each work invites contemplation, allowing space for personal interpretation and emotional connection.

Inspired by the rhythms of nature, shifting light, and lived experience, I embrace an intuitive process in which each layer responds to the last. This balance of intention and spontaneity creates surfaces rich with texture, depth, and visual energy, revealing evidence of both discovery and transformation.

I view painting as an act of exploration—a dialogue between control and chance. My work seeks to evoke moments of stillness, curiosity, and reflection while celebrating the expressive potential of color and form. Ultimately, I hope each painting offers viewers an immersive experience that continues to unfold long after the first encounter.
